Thank you for shopping at Diamond’s

 

We offer credit and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a credit and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Credits and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may permit a credit, sale items will not be credited.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your item.

   

No Proof of Purchase, Absolutely No credits or exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items for different sizes, etc. All items go through quality check prior to shipping to ensure no damaged merchandise is sent to our customers. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@diamondstag.com and send your item to:

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from credits, returns (of any kind), or exchanges:

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items

  • Lingerie (Any type)

  • Swim wear

  • Beauty products

  • Accessories

Partial credits are granted (If Approved -VIPs Only)

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery not exceeding 60 days after original shipped date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your partial store credit.

 

If you are approved, then your partial store credit will be processed, and the partial store credit will automatically be applied to your VIP account.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a VIP credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your account credit.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please notice we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items, track them at your expense.
